
Dispatcher

What you will do:
Maintain an updated, organized, and fast‑paced schedule.
Confidently call technicians and dispatch them on jobs nationwide.
Track COI’s.
Manage deliverables for completed jobs.
Create BIS’s for billing.
Provide any necessary documentation for service tickets.
Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks.
Provide administrative and logistical project support.
Create and maintain project files.
Assist in project scheduling and billing.
Maintain the company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regard to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior, and appearance.
Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
Adhere to all required project safety requirements.
What we are looking for:
High school Diploma or equivalent required.
College education or a degree highly desirable.
Ability to talk on the phone with peers and technicians.
Able to work Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm (day shift with occasional overtime).
Highly proficient with computers, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail, and organizational and follow‑up skills.
Outstanding time‑management skills.
Ability to prioritize and task‑switch efficiently.
Must type at least 40 WPM.
Willing to work overtime and be available for some calls after hours.
