
Bilingual Dispatch Coordinator - Spanish/English

The Dispatch Coordinator is tasked with coordinating and managing dispatch schedules, tracking orders, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding deliveries. This role supports logistics operations by ensuring timely, efficient, and safe transportation of bulk cement, aggregate, and fly ash products.
Responsibilities
Schedule and monitor deliveries in alignment with customer orders and plant capacity.
Maintain accurate dispatch records.
Collaborate closely with carriers, internal teams, and customers.
Support inventory tracking and reporting needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and safety compliance.
Essential Skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and enter data into multiple platforms.
Comfortable taking high volume phone calls.
Professional written and verbal communication skills with phone etiquette.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent dispatch experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred.
Strong math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Work Environment
This role requires working on-site from Monday to Friday. The team operates between 6am and 5:30pm, with training hours from 8am to 5pm initially. Employees will gain exposure to complex logistics operations and work with cross-functional teams, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success within a safety-first, performance-driven organization.

Pay
$21.00 - $22.00/hr.
