Overview
The
Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Analyst
is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining all quality assurance documentation for an organization. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and extensive knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards. The individual in this position will work closely with various departments to ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations and company policies. The role will be responsible for leading and assisting in assigned projects, including training, auditing, and completing tasks assigned. This role will work with the Revenue Cycle Director and Revenue Cycle Team Lead to provide support to the Revenue Cycle Team and assist in the education and training of staff in relation to proper procedures and process.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2–4 years applicable experience
Excellent analytical skills
Experience with project documentation software
Strong understanding and knowledge of databases, technology, and billing software
Ability to prioritize
Good attention to detail
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
