Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to support our Distribution Center team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient product flow and on‑time order fulfillment. The dispatcher plays a critical part in allocating inventory to orders, identifying and resolving operational issues, and managing trailer movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). It is integral to the success of the distribution center, serving as a central coordination point that enables the facility to operate safely, effectively, and efficiently. The dispatcher ensures alignment across warehouse, transportation, and production functions, minimizing delays, optimizing throughput, and maintaining service levels. Success requires strong, clear, and timely communication across multiple teams to ensure alignment, minimize disruptions, and sustain operational performance.

Additional Responsibilities

Allocate product to customer and internal orders in alignment with inventory availability and operational priorities

Monitor and identify potential issues impacting operations, including product shortages, equipment constraints, and scheduling conflicts

Initiate and manage trailer movements within the WMS to support efficient dock flow and loading/unloading activities

Check trailers in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates

Perform required quality inspections on inbound products to verify compliance with company and regulatory standards

Act as the central point of coordination for daily operations, ensuring all functions remain aligned and operational flow is maintained

Communicate proactively and effectively with warehouse, transportation, and production teams to provide updates, adjust priorities, and quickly resolve issues

Anticipate and mitigate operational disruptions to maintain throughput and service performance

Maintain and update controlled documents in accordance with company policies and audit requirements

Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support business needs

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred

Ability to communicate effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information across multiple levels of the organization

Working Conditions

May require working flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed

Frequent interaction with warehouse personnel, drivers, and leadership teams

Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or dispatching preferred

Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

Must be located in Bradenton, FL, surrounding area, or willing to relocate for the duration of employment

Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full‑time basis

Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
