Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to drive company vehicles to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and physically unload the materials to the customer’s satisfaction. Help load and unload trucks, put merchandise away, clean up yard.
Key Responsibilities
Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
Load and unload trucks according to the list of materials on the sales invoice.
Delivers and unloads materials to customer’s satisfaction, accuracy, and on a timely basis.
Maintain inspection of each vehicle you drive for safe driving.
Accurately record all merchandise returns on a credit memo.
Listen and work with customers to solve customer needs.
Stock products and keep shelving tidy.
Desired Skills, Knowledge & Requirements
Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a good driving record.
Able to work in inclement conditions and at heights above 6'.
Ability to drive a manual transmission with flatbed and box trucks.
Desire to learn and grow professionally.
Be a team player and willing to learn.
Physical strength to lift and carry 50-100lbs on a daily basis.
