This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek.**Job Type**Election Workers (Seasonal)**Department**Recorder**About the Position**As a member of the Voter Information team, you will respond to constituent inquiries accurately, efficiently, and professionally. You will work closely with the STAR Call Center to ensure consistent messaging for customers contacting the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. These are temporary positions supporting the department before, during, and after the election cycle. Working more than 40 hours a week during peak periods may be required. This cross-functional position will also support divisional operations within early voting (Signature Verification, Curing, etc.). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to learn new tasks quickly. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience within the organization and contribute to various initiatives.The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering over elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains the permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and a variety of other important documents.
