Tasks
In our rapidly changing line of business, flexibility is a must. Job duties may change between now and the start of the internship. However, the following tasks should raise your interest before applying:
Analyzing, executing, and further developing of the existing setup for project communications
Support the local project team in day‑to‑day activities and ad‑hoc tasks with focus on project documentation
Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management
Drive the project communications through various channels such as newsletters, social media etc.
Organize team building events and activities
Assist in organizing and facilitating cross‑departmental meetings and workshops
Monitor project timelines and track progress against key milestones
* All other duties as assigned or required
Requirements
To make the most of this internship, you should have:
Preferred field of study: Communications, Engineering or related fields of study or any Business Major
Completion of a minimum of 2-3 years of college courses desirable
You must have a valid passport for the entire period of the internship
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Proactive and highly self‑motivated mindset
Ability to work independently
Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
