The Bagley Law Firm is a thriving general practice firm serving clients across Northern Colorado and Metro Denver. We handle criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, personal injury, estate planning, and probate matters — giving our attorneys broad exposure and a consistent, steady caseload. Our Longmont and Lakewood offices are growing, and we're looking for a motivated associate attorney to build a family law practice with us.
Experienced family law attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply. Newly licensed Colorado attorneys who are eager to build a family law career are equally welcome — we will mentor and support your development.
What you will do:
Manage your own caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
Draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and legal correspondence
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials in Colorado district and county courts
Counsel clients through complex emotional and legal situations with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters as needed
Qualifications:
Active license to practice law in Colorado (required)
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Client-focused mindset with a drive to achieve the best possible outcomes
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and attention to detail
Prior family law or litigation experience preferred; new attorneys with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
