Position Responsibilities
Handle a caseload of family law matters from start to finish
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal advice
Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys across the firm's offices
Ensure proper case documentation and timekeeping
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice in Texas
Minimum 2 years of experience in family law
Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Client-focused, detail-oriented, and organized
