Responsibilities

Handle divorce, custody, and high‑conflict family law matters with strong courtroom advocacy and strategic representation.

Litigation duties including motion practice, hearings, and case strategy in high‑conflict cases.

Discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation, including drafting motions, preparing exhibits, managing deadlines, and working in a fast‑paced team environment.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar admission (or ability to obtain).

0-3+ years of family law experience handling divorce, custody, support, and contested family law matters.

Strong litigation and courtroom experience, including motion practice, hearings, and case strategy in high‑conflict cases.

Experience with discovery, pleadings, and trial preparation.

Job Details
Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

Location: Chandler, Arizona (Phoenix metro and surrounding counties)
