Lead audio, visual, lighting, and live streaming across all worship experiences
Shape our digital ministry strategy, including website technical management and AI integration philosophy
Research and implement cutting‑edge equipment and technologies
Team Leadership
Build and develop a volunteer technical team

Your Technical Ministry Impact
Worship Production Excellence
Oversee all audio, visual, and lighting systems in our worship center
Manage live sound mixing for dynamic worship services and events
Coordinate video production, camera operation, and professional live streaming
Ensure every technical aspect runs seamlessly to support powerful worship experiences
Digital Ministry Leadership
Manage technical aspects of live streaming, expanding our online reach
Oversee website technical operations
Collaborate on social media technical integration
Help craft our philosophy for emerging AI technologies in ministry
Team Development & Training
Recruit, train, and schedule technical volunteers across multiple teams
Develop soundboard, video, lighting, and technical specialists
Provide ongoing education and skill development opportunities
Create a positive, collaborative technical ministry culture
Systems & Equipment Management
Maintain comprehensive inventory of all technical equipment
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for optimal performance
Research and propose equipment upgrades to stay current with technology
Manage technical/production budget effectively
Special Events & Beyond
Provide technical support for conferences, special productions, and community events
Partner with ministry leaders to understand and exceed their technical needs
Support the dynamic midweek programs serving hundreds of children and youth
What You'll Bring
Technical Expertise
Proven experience in audio/visual production, preferably in live event or worship environments
Proficiency with sound mixing, lighting systems, and video production
Experience with live streaming platforms and digital technologies
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and system troubleshooting
Leadership & Team Building
Experience recruiting, training, and leading volunteer teams
Ability to teach technical skills to others with patience and clarity
Strong organizational skills for scheduling and coordinating teams
Heart for developing others and building collaborative environments
Ministry Heart
Passion for using technical excellence to enhance worship experiences
Understanding that great production serves the greater purpose of connecting people with God
Collaborative spirit working alongside worship and ministry teams

Position Details
Type: Part‑time, non‑exempt position with growth potential
Reports to: Worship Director
Schedule: Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, plus special events
