Overview
Pool Attendant (Seasonal)
As a pool attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for pool users. You will oversee the safety and cleanliness of the pool area.
Responsibilities
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety and general maintenance of pool and pool deck.
Ensure use of facility by authorized guests and maintain pool attendance records.
Maintain proper linen inventory – collect linens, deliver and receive linens from laundry – issue linens to guests according to procedure.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of pool furniture and report any facility issues as needed.
Ensure proper guest adherence to posted rules and regulations and take appropriate action as needed.
Responsible for retail sales in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain positive guest relations and adhere to all guidelines of service related programs and initiatives.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior cashiering experience preferred.
Previous guest contact experience preferred.
Physically able to maintain the organization of pool furniture and transport laundry bins.
