Overnight Unarmed Security Officer

for a hotel property in

East Orange, NJ . This is a

part-time position

with consistent overnight hours, five days per week.

Hotel security experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property

Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the building

Maintain a visible presence to deter suspicious activity

Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies

Write detailed incident and daily activity reports

Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors

Requirements:

Must possess a valid

NJ SORA License

(Required)

High school diploma or GED

Previous security experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)

Strong communication and report writing skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Professional appearance and demeanor

Reliable transportation

Must be able to work overnight hours consistently

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
