Role Overview
Project Administrator

supports solutions operations team with successful execution of projects from initiation to closeout. Works in a matrix organization, coordinating competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Execute project work portions.

Coordinate document/submittal creation, installation & start-up, customer commissioning, and turnover activities.

Analyze scope of work against project documents and plans; raise deviations.

Maintain customer site-specific standards and documents: subcontracts, safety plans, schedules, Bim360 verification, daily job logs, RFI tracking.

Work with engineering to coordinate deliverables.

Coordinate internal and external installation resources to meet schedules.

Track financials: cost to complete estimates, change orders.

Back-end administrative support.

Identify progress billing completion percentage; pursue timely payment.

Manage material flow: verify BOM, initiate orders, track arrival and turnover to contractors.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience in office administration, project coordination, branch safety, or related tasks.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction industry experience.

Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation
Pay range: $55,264 – $94,738 annually; target incentive 5% of base salary.
