Unarmed Security Guard
Job Type:
Entry Level – Part Time – 36 hr weekly;
Schedule:
Wednesday–Monday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM;
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
We are looking for a security officer for an entry-level position.
The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with integrity and respect, have manners, be self‑aware of their actions, work as a team, be a hard‑worker, self‑driven, committed to the mission of the job, punctual, presentable, show excellent performance, and be alert, active, and have situational awareness.
Be familiarized with Trespassing laws, specifically Penal Code 602 CA.
Uniforms:
Provided by Dinasty Security. Consists of long/short sleeve shirt, wind‑breaker, pants, and company hat.
Equipment
Duty Belt
Handcuffs with holder
Flashlight with holder
Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
Security Badge
Job Duties
Access Control: Screen & Register all incoming visitors
Perform hourly patrols – walking, golf cart, Detex
Secure/Guard facility and other designated areas on private property
Observe: Remain alert, look out for any suspicious activity
Report: Create Incident Reports and notify management team of any incidents
Log in/out visitors, vendors, contractors, construction companies
Customer Service: Provide manners, and respect at all times
Able to work alone and stand your ground
Situational awareness and able to find solutions to problems quickly
Make sure all gates and locks are secured and locked
Prevent trespassers from entering private property
Communicate with the client for reports
Report daily activity logs, serious incident logs
Protect and provide safety to the property
Never give up!

Surveillance/Reporting skills
Punctual, reliable, respectful
Customer Service skills
Bilingual preferable
Situational awareness
CPR/BLS trained or open to training
Pepper spray trained or open to training
Requirements
Must be able to work in the U.S.
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to lift 15–20 lbs.
Bilingual (preferred)
Must pass pre‑employment background check
Reliable transportation
License
California Guard Card (REQUIRED) (Mandatory)
Education
At least high school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
Entry‑level positions available for those new to the security industry.
