Shift: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) Weekends: Some weekend coverage is required Call: Some call may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis Requirements: Must have OASIS Experience Home Health and Hospice Experience required Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits Must be able to manage and adjust to changes in schedule Must have drivers license in good standing BLS required EMR system used is HealthWyse (Careficient) Outpatient care Facility does their own Background Check as well Come join our team today!!
