Coordinate room allocations, reservations and changes with precision
Maintain guest records, accounts and payments with accuracy

What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced hospitality professional with outstanding presentation, confidence and discretion. You thrive in a guest-focused environment where exceptional service is the standard.
To be successful, you’ll need:
Minimum of 12months’ experience in a Front Office or luxury hospitality role (Essential)
Current open/unrestricted driver’s licence, held for 3+ years (Essential)
Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Driver’s Authorisation (Essential)
Certificate III/IV/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Desirable)
Knowledge of front office systems and procedures (Desirable)
