Located in the heart of the Whitsundays, The Sundays offers a blend of laid‑back luxury and family‑friendly hospitality. As Front Office Manager, you will lead the team responsible for creating seamless, memorable guest journeys — setting the tone for every arrival, stay and departure.

Leading and supporting the Front Office team to create a welcoming and positive culture
Overseeing daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
Managing room allocations, guest accounts and cross‑department communication
Building a high‑performing team through onboarding, coaching and development
Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities
Upholding The Sundays’ ethos in every guest interaction, delivering a relaxed and memorable experience
What we’re looking for
You’re a confident hospitality leader who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Calm under pressure and highly organised, you bring a positive leadership style.
To be successful, you’ll need:
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred)
12–18 months’ experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication and team‑building skills
Solid understanding of Front Office systems and hotel operations
Ability to manage challenges with professionalism and composure
Passion for delivering guest experiences aligned with a luxury, family‑focused brand
