The Business Operations Analyst will analyze business processes, develop operational insights, and support leadership with performance analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis
Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Develop operational metrics and performance indicators to support business decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and insights.
Prepare reports and dashboards that support management decision-making.
Strategic Planning Support
Assist leadership teams in evaluating operational strategies and business initiatives.
Conduct research and market analysis to support business planning efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams to improve organizational processes.
Document business processes and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related field .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
