Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven

Business Data Analyst

to support strategic initiatives through performance reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven business analysis. This role is responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that support business planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop and maintain KPI tracking, scorecards, and performance reporting
Build dashboards and status summaries to provide visibility to leadership
Deliver actionable insights to support business planning and strategic decisions
Develop business cases, including forecasting, budgeting, and economic analysis
Support strategic initiatives through planning, tracking, and coordination
Manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate findings
Required Skills & Experience

Advanced data analysis and performance reporting capabilities
Strong business acumen with experience in financial analysis and forecasting
Proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams in parallel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively
Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant experience in business/data analysis or project management
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2-5 years of applicable business or project management experience, or 6-10 years equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project)
Experience with Power BI and Power Apps preferred
