Corporate Strategy Intern
Department: Corporate Strategy - Reports To: Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy Location: Wendell, NC - Position Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt - Management Level: Intern Job Summary The Corporate Strategy Intern will support the Corporate Strategy team in driving company-wide strategic initiatives, KPI management, and building a data-driven management system. This role will contribute directly to improving business performance, operational efficiency, and alignment across functions, while supporting executive-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities of Job KPI Management & Business Performance Tracking Support the development, tracking, and reporting of company-wide KPIs (e.g., sales, operating profit) Monitor performance against targets and assist in gap analysis Prepare KPI dashboards and reports for executive review Strategic Initiative Execution Support planning and execution of key corporate strategic initiatives Track cross-functional project progress and ensure alignment with KPIs Assist in program management and reporting to drive execution Data-Driven Management & Data Infrastructure Support Assist in building and maintaining a data-driven management system Support data consolidation across functions (Sales, Warranty, Parts, Dealer, Marketing, etc.) Contribute to data warehouse initiatives and data accuracy improvements Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in business processes and support improvement initiatives Assist in enhancing management controls and operational workflows Support initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and productivity Cross-functional Communication & Alignment Coordinate and support communication between HQ and local teams Help improve accuracy and consistency of key management information Assist in aligning KPIs and priorities across departments Executive Agenda & Leadership Support Support CEO and leadership agenda by preparing strategic materials and executive reports Assist in tracking and driving key corporate priorities across the organization Provide analytical support for executive decision-making Analytical & Reporting Support Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries Support data-driven decision-making across the organization Educational and Physical Requirements Preferred qualifications include current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; however, candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in corporate strategy, business operations, and data analytics. Internship or project experience is a plus. Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus.
