Role Overview:
The
Maintenance Manager
is responsible for overseeing all
maintenance operations across the facility , ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production. This role leads maintenance teams, manages
preventive maintenance programs , and drives improvements in equipment performance and operational efficiency.
This position requires a hands‑on leader with strong experience in
manufacturing maintenance, troubleshooting, and team management , and the ability to support a dynamic production environment.
Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience in
maintenance
within a
manufacturing environment .
3+ years of experience in a
leadership or supervisory role .
Strong background in
mechanical, electrical, and industrial
equipment maintenance.
Experience managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of production
equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automation systems .
Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical
systems.
Familiarity with
OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards .
Experience leading and developing maintenance teams and technicians.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with
CMMS systems and maintenance tracking tools
preferred.
High school diploma required; technical degree or engineering background preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Maintenance Operations:
Oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Manage Maintenance Team:
Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff, setting performance expectations.
Preventive Maintenance Programs:
Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Troubleshoot Equipment Issues:
Support resolution of mechanical and electrical failures to minimize downtime.
Improve Equipment Reliability:
Identify and implement improvements to increase equipment performance and lifespan.
Ensure Safety Compliance:
Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Coordinate Projects:
Manage equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
Track Maintenance Metrics:
Monitor KPIs such as downtime, response time, and equipment performance.
Manage Inventory & Parts:
Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance‑related purchasing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
