Staff Design Enablement Engineer

Job Description
Act as a technical development, design enable engineer to research/build new env/methodology, to maintain/enhance existing RTL domain env such as lint, cdc, rdc, sdc, integration, upf, synthesis
Work with the design team to identify stuck/difficult points and come up with new ideas and solutions
Understand the goal and objective, then plan, execute, and manage key technical evaluations by co‑working proactively with team colleagues
Summarize tasks and projects, report to the manager, and share with the team effectively
Share and train knowledge with product team members
Qualifications
The candidate should possess a minimum BS level in CS or EE with 3-8 years of industry experience.
2+ years of hands‑on experience on RTL domain env such as lint, cdc, rdc, sdc, integration, upf, synthesis.
Scripting knowledge (csh/python, etc) is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with Synopsis/Cadence is a MUST; knowledge of VCST/TCM tools is a plus.
Interest in scripting/ENV making/research tool/methodology work.
Good communication skills in English and a strong desire to work in a global environment.
