Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize solutions within Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) using OUAF
Configure and enhance CC&B modules including customer, billing, payments, and credit & collections
Develop and maintain Java based extensions, plug‑ins, batch programs, and business objects
Build and support integrations between CC&B and external systems (AMI/MDM, IVR, payment gateways, portals)
Work with SOAP/REST services, XAI, XML, and messaging frameworks for data exchange
Perform SQL and PL/SQL development for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and resolve defects across environments
Troubleshoot production issues and performance‑tuning of CC&B components
Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Prepare and maintain technical design, configuration, and integration documentation
Salary Range $120,000-$140,000 per year
