
Oracle CC&B Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a strong Oracle Utilities CC&B Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. This role requires deep expertise across Oracle Utilities Application Framework and strong technical-functional capability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions in a large utility environment
Configure CC&B components including Maintenance Objects, Business Objects, Scripts, Zones, XAI Services, Bundling, Batch Jobs, and UI Maps
Lead and participate in technical and functional design workshops with business stakeholders
Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical design documentation
Develop specifications for customizations, interfaces, reports, and enhancements
Support integration using Oracle SOA Suite
Develop and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher
Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business and technical requirements
Required Skills:
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) core modules
Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Oracle 12c
Oracle SOA Suite
Oracle BI Publisher
Strong experience with CC&B configuration and batch processing
Experience with interfaces, integrations, and reporting in Oracle Utilities environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design skills
Experience:
Hands-on Oracle CC&B implementation/support experience in utility industry environments
Strong techno-functional background with both configuration and development exposure
Experience leading design discussions and producing technical/functional documentation
Prior experience with Oracle Utilities integrations preferred
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
