Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections Consultant / Techno-Functional Architect

to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of

Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections

as part of our Oracle Fusion ERP landscape. The ideal candidate will have a

blend of functional and technical expertise , with proven experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud Collections solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, finance leaders, and technical teams to ensure a seamless implementation and optimization of Collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Lead

end-to-end solution design and implementation

of Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Define Collections strategies, dunning cycles, scoring models, and aging buckets.
Architect integrations with

Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Cash Management

modules.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Implementation & Configuration
Configure Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections including strategies, work queues, agents, and customer scoring models.
Set up collection rules, correspondence templates, and dunning processes.
Develop and maintain functional documentation (BRD, MD50/MD70, AIM methodology deliverables).
Perform system testing, UAT, and production deployment support.
Techno-Functional Development
Collaborate with developers for custom reports, extensions, and integrations (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs).
Troubleshoot technical and functional issues in Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections.
Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation for Collections and AR balances.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with business users, credit & collections teams, and finance leadership to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support to business stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Collections within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience

in Oracle E-Business Suite / Fusion ERP with at least

3+ end-to-end implementations

in Oracle Cloud ERP.
Strong

hands-on expertise

in

Oracle Fusion Advanced Collections

(setup, configuration, strategies, dunning, correspondence, agent setup).
Deep functional understanding of

Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Cash Management

modules.
Techno-functional experience with

BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) .
Proven ability to lead

fit-gap analysis, solution architecture, and cross-module integration .
Experience with

data migration, data cleansing, and reconciliation

in Collections/AR.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a

remote, client-facing environment .
Preferred Skills
Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud certification.
Experience with

workflow automation and RPA

in Collections.
Knowledge of

machine learning-based predictive collections analytics

(bonus).
Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum project methodology .
