Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics / Applied AI Lead. Summary: We're looking for a senior, hands on Data & Analytics and Applied AI professional to drive automation across healthcare revenue cycle data and analytics. This role partners closely with business and technology leadership to build scalable data and AI capabilities, with a strong focus on agentic AI enablement and operational impact.
Drive automation across data ingestion, modeling, analytics, and applied AI
Design and implement scalable data and AI architectures supporting RCM workflows
Partner with leadership to ensure analytics and AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
Build and operationalize agentic AI frameworks, orchestration patterns, and reusable components
Establish guardrails for explainability, governance, and human in the loop controls
Remain hands on with AI development, prototyping, and solution delivery
Requirements
Senior level experience in data, analytics, and applied AI roles
Direct, hands on experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Strong Python skills and experience building production grade AI systems
Experience designing or implementing agentic AI workflows and automation patterns
Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments
Nice to Have
Experience with semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or ontology driven systems
Background enabling AI capabilities for internal teams
Experience balancing innovation with governance in healthcare or financial services

We offer a competitive pay range, which may be adjusted in good faith based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions. Pay is considered compensation only after it is earned, vested and determinable. Availability of any compensation remains at Kforce's discretion until paid and may be modified in accordance with the law.
