SHIFT SUPERVISOR (NIGHT) – Store 70
Position: Shift Supervisor

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Shift: 2:00 PM – Close (rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45 hours per week)

Hourly Compensation: $15.50 – $16.00 (annual $40,500 – $43,500)

Responsibilities
Shift Supervisor’s role: oversee all aspects of the Braum’s food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Lead the store crew, maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and food quality, monitoring inventory and supplies, ensuring safe and clean operations, and implementing store policies.

Key Duties

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew members.

Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.

Oversee the shift operations of Braum’s food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.

Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.

Share responsibility for ensuring that Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Retail experience.

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

At least 21 years old.
