Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor at Braum's will lead the store crew to achieve company goals, ensuring excellent customer experience and sales.
Responsibilities
Execute the company's brand strategy, vision, mission and values.
Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Work Schedule
Shift: 2:00 pm shift with rotating 3‑week schedule, expected 45‑hour work week.
Compensation
Hourly: $15.50 – $16.00; yearly ≈ $41,000 – $43,500. Bonus paid bi‑weekly.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Retail experience and high school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years old.
Customer focus, strong work ethic, high integrity.
Positive approach to training and development.
Ability to build a team based on trust.
Adaptability to customer & employee needs and store conditions.
Effective communication with leadership team.
Organized, detail-oriented, follows procedures.
