
Customer Service Technical Support Representative

This role provides technical and sales support to consumers, dealers, and sales representatives to ensure efficient and accurate service related to products, software, features, and functions.
Key Responsibilities Include
Offering post-sale support through troubleshooting, installation guidance, repair assistance, and directing customers to authorized repair facilities.
Processing orders for replacement parts, repairs, and returns, and documenting interactions to improve processes and product quality.
Responding to inquiries, resolving routine issues, educating customers about products via phone, email, and other channels, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
Providing pre-sale support such as product recommendations, installation, promotions, availability, pricing, and purchase locations, with proper documentation.
Creating and executing reports to support departmental activities, monitoring personal performance metrics, and aiming for continuous improvement.
Issuing return and repair authorizations as needed and performing additional duties as assigned.
