BUSINESS ANALYST I

What You'll Do
The business analyst I will be primarily responsible for posting customer payments and will handle some specialized payment situations, as assigned, under general supervision.
Position Key Accountabilities
Accurately posts all assigned manual and electronic payments to customer accounts.
Daily research of check payments to determine corresponding customer account.
Verifies accuracy, researches discrepancies and reconciles payment errors.
Resolves and reports issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Works on special projects as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills
This position requires excellent organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills to ensure payments are posted correctly into customer accounts. Candidate must demonstrate a positive demeanor, good verbal, and written communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to work independently without close supervision. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
