This is an in-office position working from our Spanish Fork headquarters, and reporting to the AVP of Human Resources. The duties may be broken into four main functions: Leadership Development, Recruiting difficult-to-fill positions, managing our micro-learning platform, and building sourcing networks for consistent applicant flow.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership around the company to schedule, plan, and facilitate leadership training events.
Research and build best leadership practices for content that fit our teams, work, and industry.
Build and improve best hiring practices and workflows, and train hiring managers on them.
Source a steady stream of applicants to fill positions at all levels, including networking with trade schools, universities, and representing Suncor at career fairs.
Manage the content and schedule of Suncore’s daily micro-learning platform.
Analyze recruiting and employment trends and propose solutions for concerns.
Manage Suncore’s employee lifecycle survey program of gathering new-hire and recent-exit feedback and reporting them.
Other duties and projects relating to the four main functions.
Qualifications

Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities with “collars of any color.”
Ability to lead organization-wide initiatives.
Strong character and ethics.
Expertise in the areas mentioned above, plus 4+ years of experience in both Talent Development & Acquisition.
Deep knowledge of ATS systems; iCIMS expertise preferred.
High motor and strong work ethic.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s would be a plus.
Bilingual English-Spanish also a plus, but not required.
20%-25% Travel.
