The Human Resources Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization.

Role And Responsibilities

Partners with hiring managers to understand the requirements, desired qualifications, and team needs.

Manages the end-to-end recruiting process including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks, and job offers.

Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource leadership team during the offer process, identifying, and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Represents the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities to build talent pipelines and increase employer brand awareness.

Conducts periodic follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Coordinates interview logistics, including scheduling, travel arrangement, and accommodations when needed.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Travels as needed.

Receives and carries out instructions.

Manages regular and predictable attendance.
