Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial refrigeration and food service equipment.
EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties.
