Primarily remote drafting, with in‑person collaboration as needed
Bar Requirement:
Active Georgia Bar license required
Responsibilities
Draft estate planning documents using Wealth Counsel
Support Trusts & Estates matters, including trusts and related planning documents
Meet with clients as needed for document execution and signings
Collaborate with the firm on ongoing estate planning matters
Qualifications
Experience with Wealth Counsel (required) ; familiarity with
LEAP
is a plus
Some background in
Trusts & Estates
(training available for the right candidate)
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Willingness to attend occasional in‑person meetings in the Cummings/Atlanta area
