About the Role
This role offers hands‑on responsibility supporting a broad mix of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
Responsibilities
Advise individuals and families on estate planning strategies
Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
Assist with trust and estate administration matters
Handle probate filings and court proceedings
Support wealth transfer planning and related tax considerations
Qualifications
3–5 years of solid trusts, estates, and probate experience
Admitted to the Texas Bar (required)
Required Skills
Strong experience drafting estate planning documents such as wills and trusts
Solid understanding of probate and trust administration processes
Experience working with complex estates preferred
Strong client‑facing skills with a service‑oriented approach
Excellent drafting, organization, and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
