Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a wide range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
Draft and review estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
Manage all aspects of probate administration, including filing petitions, managing assets, and distributing property to beneficiaries.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their estate planning goals and develop effective strategies to achieve them.
Stay abreast of current laws and regulations related to estate planning to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
Represent clients in probate court proceedings as needed.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning.
Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration laws and procedures.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
