Position Description
Experience will determine caseload and day-to-day workload. Less experienced attorneys will be mentored while handling entry level tasks and case details. More experienced attorneys will manage their own case load based on their established skill sets. Litigation associates should expect to be a part of many steps in the litigation process, such as reviewing, preparing, and approving pleadings, motions, participating in depositions and expert depositions. Appearance for oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials will be necessary.
Hiring Criteria
JD from an accredited law school
1-5 years of litigation experience
Have a Michigan P-number in good standing
Compensation
Salary is predicated on direct/relevant experience
Base Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00/year
Annual bonuses based on performance
