We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our fast‑paced legal team. Job Details
Prior experience in lemon law and consumer warranty defense is helpful but not required. The firm is seeking a motivated candidate with 1+ year of litigation experience and a commitment to client service.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in settlement negotiations and draft agreements
Appear in court for hearings and law and motion matters
Engage in meet‑and‑confer efforts with opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
Perform legal research to support litigation efforts
Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
1+ year of civil litigation experience (consumer warranty or lemon law experience is a plus)
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Motivated, dependable, and eager to develop litigation skills
