Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom, enjoys meaningful litigation work, and wants to handle significant and serious injury cases with strong support and reasonable caseloads.
About the Role
The firm is looking for an attorney who is confident and capable in all aspects of PI litigation. Ideal candidates will have:
Required Experience
Minimum
2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
(open to senior-level candidates, including those with 20–35+ years of experience)
Ability to manage discovery independently
Comfortable drafting and arguing motions
Experience handling serious accident or catastrophic injury cases is a plus
Trial experience is welcome but not required
Responsibilities
Manage a litigation-focused PI caseload from complaint through resolution
Conduct and defend depositions
Draft and argue substantive motions
Prepare cases for mediation and trial
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Engage directly with clients with compassion and professionalism
Compensation & Benefits
Approximately $120,000 - 200,000+ depending on years of experience
Commission: generally 10% of attorney fees, with potential for higher percentages depending on case origination, first-chair trial responsibilities, etc.
Full medical, dental, and vision insurance paid by employer
401(k)
with 3% match + an additional 1% if employee contributes 5% after one year
Paid holidays + PTO
(typically 15–20 days depending on experience)

Primarily in-office
(Everett, WA) for collaboration and attorney development
Occasional flexibility to work from home
Hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate
Reasonable caseload – around
80 active cases across 5 attorneys
Strong litigation focus (not a settlement mill)
Broad spectrum of PI cases: motor vehicle, trucking, sexual assault, med-mal, insurance bad faith, and other serious injuries
