
PRE-LITIGATION PI ATTORNEY

I am working directly with leadership at a well‑established, high‑volume plaintiff‑side personal injury platform that is continuing to expand its pre‑litigation team. This Pre‑Litigation Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney role is ideal for an attorney who knows how to drive value early in a case and wants to focus on strategy and settlement.
This role involves managing a high‑volume docket from intake through resolution, with a focus on maximizing settlements prior to litigation.
The salary for this role is market‑competitive and commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $140,000‑$170,000, with a compensation structure that allows total earnings to exceed $300,000 after the first year based on performance.
What We Need
3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, specifically handling pre‑litigation matters
Experience managing a high‑volume caseload and moving matters efficiently toward resolution
Strong ability to evaluate liability, damages, and coverage early in the case lifecycle
Proven track record negotiating with insurance carriers and adjusters to maximize settlements
Experience reviewing medical records, bills, and guiding demand package strategy
Ability to manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong client communication
Understanding of trucking/commercial vehicle cases is highly preferred
Ability to identify cases that should be escalated into litigation
Licensed and in good standing in Texas
