Project Scope
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst
to support the
Project Management Office (PMO)
in analyzing business processes, documenting workflows, and supporting enterprise system implementations. The role requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to understand current business processes
Document current and future state workflows, including system interactions
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and SOPs
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
System Integration & Data Flow Analysis
Analyze and document system integrations and data flows
Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps between enterprise systems
Work with technical teams to understand APIs and system interfaces
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Create artifacts such as:
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Functional requirements
Use cases and user stories
Traceability matrices
PMO Support
Assist project managers with project tracking, documentation, and coordination
Support multiple projects with administrative and reporting tasks
Maintain project documentation and deliverables
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business and technical teams
Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and workflows
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Testing & Implementation Support
Assist in creating test plans and test cases
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Validate system functionality against requirements
Support implementation readiness activities
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects or enterprise systems
5+ years of experience with system integrations and data flow analysis
5+ years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation
5+ years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops
Experience working with APIs and enterprise system integrations
Preferred Skills
Experience working within a PMO environment
Experience in enterprise system implementations or modernization projects
Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science
