Starting at $19+/hour, depending on experience

L’Ambiance at The Longboat Key Club is a prestigious, luxury beachfront condominium community located on the southern end of Longboat Key. With 136 residences, two tennis courts, a resort-style pool, and an array of upscale amenities, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional living experience. Our concierge team plays a key role in ensuring residents and guests feel welcomed, secure, and well cared for.
Position Overview

We are seeking an upbeat, polished, and dependable Concierge to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This position requires a friendly and professional demeanor, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-end residential environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times
Monitor building access and follow guest/vendor entry protocols
Assist residents with package deliveries, amenity reservations, and general inquiries
Document shift activity, resident requests, and incidents in daily reports
Liaise with the Concierge Supervisor and General Manager to ensure seamless communication
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Respond to emergency situations and follow community protocols
Coordinate with valet, security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams as needed
Qualifications

Previous concierge, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) (experience with building management software is a plus)
Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
