Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance to clients
Qualifications
Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to customer issues
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
