Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, warranties, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in French
Provide detailed product information, assist with troubleshooting, and guide customers through the service process
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate records and follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams including technical support and sales to enhance the customer experience
Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new products, and company offerings to provide accurate information
Requirements
Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and patiently
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach
Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage high volumes of inquiries
Familiarity with automotive products, services, and CRM systems is desirable
Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation expenses will be covered
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
