Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding high‑end coffee machines, including product features, usage, and maintenance, via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customers enjoy a premium coffee experience
Assist customers with warranty, repairs, and order processing
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow‑up and record‑keeping
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product support and customer service processes
Stay updated on product developments and coffee industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements
Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or premium appliance sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
Technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills related to high‑end appliance support
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is desirable
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
Relocation to Greece is required for this position
