The Goal: Master the fundamentals of the recruitment lifecycle through sheer activity, persistence, and a willingness to learn.
Summary
High-Volume Engagement: Maintain a high level of activity to build a robust candidate pipeline and achieve set sales results.
Process Management: Organize your calendar to manage numerous tasks simultaneously, ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
Rapport Building: Establish immediate trust with candidates through consistent communication and professional follow‑up.
Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates through multiple channels
Partner with senior recruiters to understand client needs
Write and post job descriptions
Represent our brand professionally in the St. Louis business community
Experience utilizing AI to improve efficiency and processes
