Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming paper and electronic documents
Complete legal and employee file requests, general filing, and benefit entry
Coordinate resource updates in the internal HR system
Manage outgoing communications and general data entry
Position Details
Start Date: June 1, 2026 – internship term with potential extension based on performance. Pay: $15.60 to $19.50 per hour. Eligible benefits include Pension, 401(k), PTO, holidays.
Minimum Requirements
Current student, freshman status or higher
Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field
Interest in HR, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and comfort with multiple systems
