The Role
Enhanced is seeking a highly motivated Summer Legal Intern to support its in‑house legal team across a broad range of commercial, media, and regulatory matters in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and health.
This role offers hands‑on experience working directly with business teams on real‑time legal issues tied to a global sporting event, digital media production, sponsorships, and emerging health products.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and summarizing a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, sponsorship, influencer, media, production, vendor, and licensing agreements
Support legal review of marketing and advertising materials, including claim substantiation, endorsements, and social media content
Conduct legal research on advertising, consumer protection, FDA/healthcare compliance, and intellectual property matters
Help manage trademark and brand protection efforts, including clearance support and enforcement tracking
Assist in creating legal training materials and internal guidance documents for business teams
Assist with contract management processes and organization within internal systems
Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, production, partnerships, and operations) to identify legal risks and provide practical guidance
Skills & Experience
Current law student (1L or 2L preferred)
Strong interest in media, entertainment, sports, or advertising law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive, business‑minded, and comfortable working cross‑functionally
