We’re looking for a
Paralegal
with experience in
real estate law
or
estate planning and probate

In this position, you’ll contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional legal services, ensuring documents are accurate, deadlines are met, and clients are supported throughout the legal process.
Some things you’ll do in this role:
Draft, review, and organize legal documents related to real estate transactions, estate planning, and probate matters
Coordinate and manage critical deadlines
Prepare and file probate and estate planning documents with relevant courts and agencies
Use Clio (our case management system) to track case progress and manage documentation
Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding items for active legal matters
Contribute to improving legal workflows and internal processes
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
Have 1+ year of experience as a paralegal in real estate law, estate planning, or probate
Have excellent organizational and time management skills
Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and by phone
Are highly detail-oriented and process-driven
Work well independently and as part of a team
Are comfortable with legal practice management software (Clio experience is a plus)
Enjoy making a positive impact in clients’ lives through thoughtful legal support
Helpful (but Not Required):
Experience with title, settlement, or mortgage services
Background in office administration or client-facing legal work
Notary public or paralegal certification
